Choose 64bit version unless you now what you are doing.  If 64bit version fails to install choose 32bit version.
Select "YES" for everything

Download from Ubuntu.com and Burn to Disk
Choose 32bit version unless you know what you are doing.
You will be presented with a GUI and the end of the installation
